The property is situated in the splendid sea city of Varna. It is one of the biggest cities in Bulgaria and it has an airport, a big port, and many places of interest. It is very close to some of the most attractive beach resorts on the Black Sea coast. The charming sea resort of Golden sands is only 18 km away. There is a beautiful lake suitable for fishing near the city.
There are two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a toilet. There is a big terrace and a basement with area of 3sq.m. The building is nice and is provided with an elevator. The apartment needs some finishing repairs, because is situated in a new building.
The property is in the centre of the city. It is very close to the sea. This makes it a wonderful place for a vacation or even for permanent living.
