We offer you two apartments located in a brick-built residential building due to be completed in September 2009. Both apartments are located on the second floor and have a similar size – one of them is 69 sq. m (price: 33500 Euros) and the other one is 70 sq. m (34500 Euros). Each of them has a living area with dining room and kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, a hallway and two terraces. The apartments will be handed over in the following condition: ground coat on the ceilings, plaster on the walls, double glazed PVC windows, installed wiring, phone line. Parking lots are available, too.

- 70% at sighing preliminary contract
- 20% by October
- 10% at final completion and transfer of the Title Deed
