Property Description:
The property is situated in a village only 12 km away from the charming town of Elhovo and 32 km from the prosperous town of Yambol. It has been used successfully as a grain fodder shop and is located in the outskirts so it is easily accessible because of the asphalted road. The roads structure ensures good connections between the administrative center and the villages. The administrative center of the Municipality is at a distance of 110 km from Bourgas international airport, and 100 km from the largest Bulgarian sea-port of Bourgas. Elhovo Municipality has 378.07 sq. km of arable land (green fields, perennial crops and nurseries) and about 129.6 sq. km of forests fund. The leading sub-branch of rural economy is plant-growing, with the largest percentage of cereals - wheat and barley. 80000 decares are yearly sown with wheat, which is 21.2 % of the cultivable land, and 50000 decares - with barley, which is 13.2 % of the cultivable land. There are favourable conditions for the growing of industrial crops - sunflowers and coriander. Stockbreeding is oriented toward the production of meat, (pork and beef) and milk (goat's, cow's and sheep's). Because of this specialization, mostly cows, pigs, sheep and goats are kept on the municipality territory. There are also established traditions in breeding of poultry, rabbits and bees. There are many small animal farms with the predominat percentage being kept by physical persons.
