A nice and quiet village very close to Balchik – only 10 km from the town and the sea. Balchik is a very beautiful town – the pearl of Bulgaria. There is the biggest botanic garden, where is the second largest collection of cactuses after this one in Monaco and the Rumanian princess palace with unique architecture from the beginning of the previous century.  It is only 25 km to the world famous resort of Albena. It is also close to the Bulgarians sea capital – Varna (55km), where are located an airport and a port.
It’s a one-storey house:
There are 3 rooms and a corridor. The walls are plastered and some of them are wall-papered, windows woodwork. There is electricity, running water outside the house, a septic tank. The toilet and the bathroom are outside the house but you can get them inside. A phone-line is not available but it’s easy to get connected.
The garden is big – 1100sq.m.There is a vineyard and some fruit-trees, till now it’s well cultivated.
           We sincerely recommend purchase because the location of the house is very good. It’s too close to Balchik and you will love the region; and it needs only a refreshment,! So – don’t hesitate!
