It is a great offer! It is a quiet and nice village in a rolling area with fresh air and wonderful places. The village is only 10km from the town of Haskovo, 71km from the city of Stara Zagora and 85 km from the city of Plovdiv. It is also in fishing and in hunting area. There are the big river of Maritza passing near the village and several dams.
It’s two-storey house in good condition with a nice view of the village and the environs:
1st floor - 4 rooms and a big corridor. The walls are plastered, window woodwork, trimmer joists, wooden floor.

There is electricity and running water inside and outside the house, sewage, a phone-line is not available but it’s easy to connect.

We sincerely recommend purchase because of the good location of the property, the house needs only refreshment but it’s very solid – the foundations are made by stone and it is in a very beautiful and healthy region with very friendly people and near high-way!
