This property is in small and quiet village, situated only 12 km. away from the town of Karnobat and at 40 km. to the splendid sea city of Burgas, which is the 4th biggest city in Bulgaria with great developed infrastructure, with the biggest port, airport, and railway and bus station, providing regular transportation links to every part of the country. Asphalt road is leading to the village and the place is approachable even in wintertime. There is also full mobile coverage available in the village.
