This property is in small and quiet village, situated only 29 km away from the town of Provadia and 55 km from the beautiful Bulgarian Black sea coast. There are tourists there during all the year, but especially in summer time. The eco park The Karadji is next to the village. The place is very suitable for fishing and hunting. Asphalt road is leading to the property and the place is approachable even in wintertime.
The property is an ex-school.
It is a one-storey building with 160 sq. m. built-up area and consisting of 3 rooms and a large corridor. There is parquet flooring in the building and the walls there are plastered. The property is supplied with electricity, running water inside and outside the house, a septic tank. The bathroom and the toilet are inside the building. There is also a telephone line, but it is stopped at the moment. However it will be very easy to get connected again.
