This is an excellent offer! The property is in a small and quiet village, situated at only 15 km. away from the town of Shumen and 110 km. to the sea capital Varna. There is a marvelous view, including green forest and a river, running 5 – 6 km. away from the country. This river is an excellent place for fishing. The region is also appropriate for hunting. The summers are cool and pleasant, providing a good rest. One of the sights in the region is the famous fortress of Pliska, which ruins are worthy to see.
    The house is located in the town’s center, surrounded by a large valley. It is a two – storey house - 84 sq.m. and is plastered.
