It’s a nice village in a valley between two mountains – Stara Planina mountain and Sredna Gora mountain. It’s very near to the city of Stara Zagora(a city famous with its straight streets) – only 20km and 21 km from the town of Kazanlak(center of the valley of roses).The village is only 18km from the spa resort of Stara Zagora. It’s a house in good condition, comfortable for living, in a beautiful region with fresh air and nice nature. The river of Tundja is passing near so you can fishing and hunting in the mountain.
It’s one-storey house in the end of the village:
1st floor – 3 rooms and a corridor, the walls are plastered, window woodwork.
There is running water inside and outside the house, a septic tank, there is electricity, a phone-line is not available but it’s easy to be done.
The house is not in a good condition so it needs repairs and refreshment.
The garden is big - 1500 sq.m. There are also some additional agricultural buildings.
