It is a nice village situated in a beautiful mountain area and it is not too far away from the prosperous town of Svilengrad, only 24 km. The region is preferred with its fresh healthy air, beautiful landscapes and friendly people. It is a one-storey house with a basement of 15 sq. m located in the end of the village. The floor consists of an external staircase, living room and three bedrooms. It is supplied with electricity, running water outside and inside, a telephone line is not available but it can be easily installed. The toilet and the septic tank are external. The house needs a little refreshment, just to be turned into more comfortable place for living. There are parking plots for three cars and some additional buildings as the part of the property. An extremely big garden of 1 500 sq. m is not cultivated; it’s covered with lovely greenery. The old-repaired church and one of the biggest excavations of historical monuments, which have been found only 500 m away from the small village, are very interesting places for visiting. We sincerely recommend purchasing without any loss a time!
