The property is situated only 10 km from the town of Topolovgrad, in proximity to the town of Elhovo, in Strandja Natural Park. In the region there are wide fields and lovely hills. The Black sea is only 130 km. You can also fish and hunt in the area – there are a lot of dams. An asphalt road is leading to the property. It makes it approachable even in severe winter.

There are 3 rooms, an entrance hall and a balcony. There are 2 basements. The toilet is outside the house but you can get it inside. There is running water inside and outside the house, a septic tank. There is also a phone line available.
The garden (800sq.m.) is nice and there is a brick penthouse. There are fruit trees.
We sincerely recommend purchase, because of the good location of the house and the friendly people. The house needs some internal repairs and to be plastered outside. But you can have it at a too low price.
