It is an incredible offer!
The property is situated only 10 km from the town of Topolovgrad, in proximity to the town of Elhovo, in Strandja Natural Park. In the region there are wide fields and lovely hills. The Black sea coast is only at 130 km. You can also fish – there are a lot of dams, and hunt in the area. An asphalt road is leading to the property. It makes it approachable even in severe winter.
This is a two-storey big house in the end of the village:
1st floor – there are 3 rooms, an entrance hall and inner stairs to the second floor
2nd floor – there are 3 rooms, an entrance hall and inner stairs to the attic.
There is electricity and running water inside and outside the house, a septic tank.
There are summer kitchen (2 rooms), agricultural buildings and a garage of 9sq.m.
The garden (1500sq.m.) is lovely! There are fruit trees, greenery and flowers. There is also a well in the garden.
We sincerely recommend purchase, because the house is worthy of its price. It needs repairs and to be plastered outside but you can really turn it into the house of your dreams!
