The village is hidden in the famous with its fresh air Troyan Mountain. The village is only 17 km from Troyan and 110 km from the city of Plovdiv. There is a river at about 3km from the village, so it is suitable for fishing and hunting in the forests.
The house is big, three-storey, in the center of the village:
1st floor – there are 2 rooms with a large basement. The walls ate plastered, windows woodwork and wooden floor.
2nd floor – there are 4 rooms and a corridor; the stairs are internal. There is wainscoting on the walls. The walls are plastered, the floor is wooden and windows woodwork.

There is electricity and running water inside and outside the house, sewage. The toilet is outside the house, but you can get it inside. A phone-line is available.

The garden is 800sq.m. it is not cultivated but there are fruit trees.
We sincerely recommend purchase because of the too good location of the house – it is in a very beautiful and healthy region, the house is very big and it is in good condition – it needs some small repairs and refreshment and there is not a bathroom; but the people are very friendly! So do not hesitate!
