The town is rich in museums, theatres, art galleries, and monuments of culture, such as the archaeological and historical museums, the cathedral of 'The Assumption', the Clock tower and etc. that are worth seeing. Not far away from the town is situated the natural phenomenon 'Pobiti kamani' ('Stone forest'). The gorgeous beaches of the world-famous resorts of Sunny Day, St.St.Konstantin and Elena, the Golden Sands, Albena are all within half an hour drive.                                                                                                                    The property is located in a picturesque village just 24km from Varna, This beautiful house has been built to the best typical Bulgarian architectural style of the C18 and 19. With its spacious floor area of 180sq.m laid out on two floors, this marvellous house features an open-plan living room/dining area with a French-type fireplace, an Italian-styled kitchen fitted with upper and lower cupboards and in-built sink, oven, quartz hob and an extractor fan, and a bathroom/WC. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (15sq.m each); one of them is en-suite and there’s one more bathroom/WC with a corner tub. The flooring of the open-plan area, corridors and bathrooms is terracotta and granitegres, and of bedrooms is laminated parquet. A niche is recessed on the wall on the side of the staircase to contain a triptych by the painter Kamen Kissimov. Both the railings of the staircase and the recesses into the external fencing wall are made of wrought iron, while the fencing wall itself is made of hewn stones. Garden alleys are of flagstone and a barbecue and a styled stone fountain are housed under a roofed shelter in the splendid yard. The garden is fitted with light fittings and the front gate is monitored with a surveillance camera.
