This lovely place is in the countryside. There is a highway nearby, so it makes it approachable even in severe winter. There are great places for hunting and fishing.

            There are 3 rooms, an entrance hall and a bathroom. The toilet is outside the house but it is easy to get it inside. There is electricity and running water inside and outside the house, a septic tank. There is no phone line, but it is easy to get connected.
