The village is situated only at 7km from the popular beach resort of Albena on a hilly place. You can enjoy the fresh, clean air there and your summer holidays near the sea. Local habitants are very nice friendly people, always ready to help you with whatever you need. This is characteristic feature of Bulgarians. The house is in the center of the village.
The house is one storey building made by bricks with disposition of the premises: 3 rooms, corridor, with wooden floor, the walls are whitewashed. In the winter you could use the beautiful fireplace for heating. There is a basement on the ground floor. The house is in very good condition. It needs only outside plastering. The toilet is outside but with the assistance of our building team it will be easy to make it inside at very reasonable price. The property is supplied with electricity, running water and septic tank. There is no phone line at the moment but is easy done.
The garden is 2200sq.m and you could arrange it as your liking. There is an additional agricultural building in it and a parking place.
