It is a nice and calm village situated in a lovely hilly area and it is only 25 km away from the town of Harmanli. The region, near marvelous mountain and near splendid river is suitable if you are interested in fishing, hunting or biking. It is a one-storey house located in the end of the village. The floor consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a room with a fire place and a wine- cellar. It is provided with electricity, running water inside and outside, the telephone line is not available but it has a possibility to be installed. The toilet and the septic tank are outside the house. This property is in good condition but you can make only some refreshments. There are a few additional buildings as a hen-house, a house for animals with a hayloft and a room used as a plot for woods in winter.
