The village is situated on a pretty lowland with beautiful plains, woods, rivers, hills and enchantingly beautiful nature. Only 100 km.  away from the village are located the famous south sea resorts of Bulgaria and the international airport in Bourgas. Around the village is running Tunja river, known with its abundance of fish and rich dense vegetation. Only 1 km. away from the village is situated a lake which gives you the chance  to entertain yourselves with sport fishing, jet driving and skiing. This is an ecologically clean region with very fertile soil. The people are nice and hospitable. The village has many grocery stores, clubs, medical center, post office, restored old church, a lot of historical landmarks and also a large dairy, known for its production of natural dairy products: cheese, yellow cheese, etc.
The house is a one-storey building of 35sq.m. consisting of 2 rooms, larder and a corridor and a cellar on the ground floor. The toilet is outside the house. The street to the house is asphalted and neat, passable during the winter. The house demands renovation but we may offer you assistance from a professionals who will take care of that at a reasonable price.
The yard is pretty large- 1200 sw.m. with a lot of fruit trees in it. It is not cultivated at the moment.
