It is a quiet and nice village in a rolling area with fresh air and wonderful places. The village is only 10km from the town of Haskovo, 13 km from the town of Dimitrovgrad, 71km from the city of Stara Zagora and 80 km from the city of Plovdiv. It is also in fishing and in hunting area. There is the big river of Maritza passing near the village. It is only68km to the Bulgarian, Turkish and Greek checkpoint.
            It’s two-storey house in good condition with a nice view of the village and the environs:
There are 3 rooms and a corridor, a bathroom and a toilet. The walls are plastered, window woodwork, terracotta. There is also a floor heating system.
           There is electricity and running water inside and outside the house, a sewage and a septic tank, a phone-line is not available but it’s easy to get connected.
           The garden is 900sq.m there is a trellis vine in front of the house and some fruit-trees. There is also a garage for one car and a well.
            We sincerely recommend purchase because of the good location of the property, the house needs refreshment and some repairs but it is in a very beautiful and healthy region with very friendly people and near high-way!
