It is a really advantageous offer! It is a quiet and nice village in a rolling area with fresh air and wonderful places. The village is only 10km from the town of Haskovo, 7 km from the town of Dimitrovgrad, 71km from the city of Stara Zagora and 80 km from the city of Plovdiv. It is also in fishing and in hunting area. There is the big river of Maritza passing near the village.
            It’s a one-storey house with a nice view of the village and the environs:
There are 2 rooms and an entrance hall. The walls are plastered, window woodwork, the floor is wooden.
           There is electricity and running water inside and outside the house, a septic tank, a phone-line is not available but it’s easy to be connected. The toilet is outside the house.
           The garden is big - 1900sq.m and it is not cultivated. There is also an additional agricultural building and a well.
            We recommend purchase because of the good location of the property, the house needs repairs and refreshment but it is in a very beautiful and healthy region with very friendly people and near high-way!
