It is a really advantageous offer! It is a quiet and nice village in a rolling area with fresh air and wonderful places. The village is only 15km from the town of Haskovo, 7 km from the town of Dimitrovgrad, 76km from the city of Stara Zagora and 86 km from the city of Plovdiv. It is also in fishing and in hunting area. There is the big river of Maritza passing near the village.
            It’s a one-storey house with a nice view of the village and the environs:
There are 3 rooms and 2 entrance halls. The walls are plastered, window woodwork, the floor is wooden.
           There is electricity and running water inside and outside the house, a sewage and a septic tank, a phone-line is not available but it’s easy to be connected. The toilet and the bathroom are inside the house.
           The garden is about 900sq.m and it is very well cultivated till now, there is a trellis vine in front of the house and a lot of fruit-trees. There is also a big stone additional agricultural building and a well.
            We sincerely recommend purchase because of the good location of the property, the house needs only a refreshment and it is very solid – with stone foundations and at a too low price, in a very beautiful and healthy region with very friendly people and near high-way!
