The property is situated in a nice village only 11 km away form the nice town of Karnobat. There are 60 km to the splendid Black Sea city of Bourgas. The village is situated on a river. The area is suitable for fishing and hunting.
It is a solid one-storey house with a nice garden of 1500 sq.m. Inside there are two rooms and a corridor. The walls are plastered and there is woodwork on the windows. The house is in good condition. It is provided with electricity in and running water outside. There is not a telephone line available but it can easily be installed.
