The property is situated in a village 19 km distant from Provadia, in a flat, near a dam.
It is a one-storey house. The square surface of the house is 96 sq. m, those of the garden is 1500 sq. m, including a parking place. There are farm buildings, as well as fruit trees and vineyard in the garden.
There is magnificent view over the village from the house.
There are 2 cellars on the ground floor which can be fitted as bedrooms, as well as a corridor.  On the 1st floor there are 2 rooms and a corridor. Each of the rooms is fitted with wooden joinery and wooden floor.
The toilet is outside the house, there is not a bathroom at all. The house is supplied with all necessary facilities – electricity, running water (outside the house), a septic tank. The house could be heated both with woods and electricity. There is not a telephone line available but it is not difficult to be connected.
There is an asphalt road leading to the property, so it is easily accessible even in the winter.
The property is in bad condition – the walls are crannied in- and outside. It has not been maintained for years.
