The house is located in a picturesque village, 35km west of Varna. Driving from Varna to the village takes no more than 30 min., as the first 30 km are a motorway. The nearest town is Provadia – 4 km. away.
Provadia is a municipal center (population: 15 000). This charming town is situated on the banks of Provadia River along a defile which is surrounded with rocks from the east and the west. All travellers that had once visited the town had been fascinated by its beauty - “In my opinion there isn't a more wonderful place than this”, “A remarkable place”, “A town having too nice a view”, “An incomparable town”!
The town is a successor of Byzantine  fortress of 5th century, which remains can be found right above the town - a church, unique bridge structure, 30 cave tombs, 79-meters deep well dug into the rock and caves.

The village itself is settled in a picturesque elevation from which stunning view opens. The population is around 400 people, there are small shops. All other facilities needed are available in the nearby town of Provadia.

The house is an old one with stone foundations and requires a renovation.
It consists of:
1st floor - 3 bedrooms;
2nd floor – 4 rooms.
There is electricity, telephone line, running water and a septic tank.
The road is gravel and passable during all the seasons.
The garden surrounding the house is 2230 sq.m vast. It needs to be maintained and landscaped. The soil is fertile and suitable for diverse agricultural activities.

The house reveals really beautiful views towards the nearby hills. Once repaired, it will be ideal for recreation and living.
