The main road from the charming town of Elhovo to Bourgas is only 5 km away. It is near the mountain and situated on a river so it is suitable for fishing, biking and hunting activities. The nature is very picturesque and you will enjoy hiking in this lovely area. There is a Thracian excavation site nearby too which can be of interest to visit.
It is a one-storey house of 60 sq m built-up area in the centre of the village with a nice panoramic view you can enjoy from the property. There are two rooms and an entrance-hall on the basement floor and three rooms and an entrance hall on the 1st floor. The house is supplied with electricity, running water and a sewage. A telephone line is not available but it’s easy to be installed.
