The property is located in a charming village only 5 km. from the town of Yambol and 60 km away from the attractive sea city of Bourgas, which is the 4th biggest city in Bulgaria and beach resort as well. There is a river nearby and the place is very suitable for fishing. The border with Turkey is only 75 km. from the village.
It is one-storey house in the end of the village with 52 sq. m. built-up area, consisting of: 2 rooms, a kitchen and an entrance hall. The property is supplied with electricity, running water inside and outside the house, a septic tank. There isn’t an available telephone line in the house, but it’s easy there to get connected.
There is quite large – it covers an area of 1600 sq. m. and it is cultivated with many fruit trees and a vineyard.
