It is a two-storey building of 45 sq.m.built-up area. It is supplied with all the needed conveniences – electricity, running water inside the house and a septic tank.
The house consists of a ground floor with two rooms. Upstairs there are two more rooms.
There is garden of 500 sq.m., which you can arrange with vegetables, fruit-trees and trellis-vine. The house is not in very good condition and needs to be repaired, but our special teams of building specialists will be glad to assist you at reasonable prices.
