Property Description:
We sincerely advise you to purchase! This nice property is in a villa settlement in a picturesque village just 12 km away from the charming vacation sea town of Byala and just 40 km from Varna – the splendid sea capital of Bulgaria. Close to the village – just a kilometre away – there is a big scenic dam which is the perfect place for having fishing trips for relaxation outdoors. Varna itself is about thousand years old and due to its favourable geographic location, the place was first inhabited by an ancient Thracian tribe which had a small fishermen settlement there. In the 6th century BC a Greek polis, named Odessos, emerged there. The town became a fishing and farming colony, which soon turned into commercial hub. In the 9th century it was already called Varna. The town was included in the territory of Bulgaria in the beginning of the 13th century during the reign of King Kaloyan. Despite its strong defence system, the town was conquered by the Turks in 1391 which gradually transformed it into an oriental city with konaks (town-halls), Turkish baths and mosques. In 1878 Varna was finally liberated from Ottoman rule and became the most important Bulgarian seaport. The city developed into a top seaside resort and a favourite holiday place for the Bulgarian cultural elite.
This is a brand new one-storey house of 130 sq.m. living area, consisting of three bedrooms, two toilets with bathrooms, a living room premise, a closet premise, a verandah and a garden of 500 sq.m. According to additional payment, the house could also be furnished with a living room furniture set, three bed-sets with wardrobes, and night tables, dressing tables, an inbuilt kitchen set, a fridge, a washing machine, a cooker with an over and ceramic plot, a TV set and furniture set for the entrance hall. The house will be supplied with electricity, water and a septic tank; there will also be a security system, satellite cable TV and air-conditioning. There will be parking place. The road leading to the property is asphalted and easily reachable in winter too. The villa settlement itself disposes of a swimming-pool, well maintained common parts, a barbecue area and charming alleys. The house will be completely ready till 15th September 2006.
