This nice property is set in a picturesque village just 4 km away from the magnificent sea resort of Albena, and 30 km to the north of the third biggest city in Bulgaria - Varna.
The resort of Albena itself is set approximately 28 km to the north of the city of Varna and just 20 km to the south-west of the town of Balchik on a long sand stretch, at the open northern part of Varna Bay. It was established in 1968. For its time it was considered as one of the most modern Bulgarian resorts along the Black Sea coast. The complex lies beneath a relatively high hill and is given particular charm by the nearby forest of Baltata, a part of which is a protected area. The resort's architecture resembles one of Walter Gropius' urban models as most of the hotels have a terraced structure letting in as much sun as possible. To the north, the coastline is steep, featuring yellow sandstone and limestone typical for the area. In fact, this kind of stone was used to build up the whole resort. Albena is an ecological resort. The rare combination of fresh air and crystal clear sea and mineral water, medicinal herbs, various natural products and well established Medical and Spa Centre makes the resort the perfect location for family holidays. There are three camping sites available in the area – “Albena”, “International”, and „Ekzotika”, which offer great opportunities for holidaymakers with smaller budgets. The resort is also provided with a Congress Centre and offers all the activities, concerning preparation, organization and holding of congress and business events and it coordinates all related activities within the resort. A regular bus line, as well as routed taxis, to Balchik, Varna, the Golden Sands Resort and the St.St. Constantine and Elena Resort is available. Exciting boat trips are available upon request and are launched right from a small port located within the resort itself.
The property we offer features a nice one-storey brick house of 120 sq. m and a garden of 1100 sq. m. The house has three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a big corridor. The joinery is wooden and there are bars on the windows. There are concrete floors in all rooms except for one of them, which has a wooden floor. The premises are in a relatively good condition and only some refurbishment is necessary. Electricity and water are provided and there is a septic tank and a phone line. A central sewage system is being developed at the moment.
The garden with rectangular shape has a frontage on two asphalt streets. It is enclosed by a solid wall with wire mesh on top. On its territory there is a big parking lot and a garage, nice stone barbeque with a wash-basin, as well as a lot of fruit trees.
