This nice property is situated in a lovely central neighbourhood of the beautiful and architecturally preserved town of Gabrovo.
It is a town in central northern Bulgaria, the administrative centre of Gabrovo Region, located at the foot of the central Balkan Mountains, in the valley of the Yantra River, and known as an international capital of humour and satire as well as noted for its Bulgarian National Revival architecture. You can go fishing in the nearby rivers and dams enjoying the finest relaxation as the area is very beautiful with picturesque mountainous landscape. A lot of places of cultural and ethnological interest are situated very close to the town of Gabrovo. One of them is the village of Bozhentzi, in which people have preserved the atmosphere of hundreds of years ago. Construction there is forbidden and the houses, which are built in the old traditional Bulgarian style, are being currently perfectly restored so as visitors could enjoy the authenticity and charm of old Bulgarian culture. The ethnographic complex “Etara” with the small work-shops restored to their old time functions are quite an amazing thing definitely worth experiencing. Some lovely churches and monasteries are in proximity, too which you would surely want to visit as they are excellent examples of the Christian Orthodox art.
The property we offer features a two-storey house of 40 sq. m built-up area (living area of 80 sq. m), set on a land plot of 240 sq. m. The house is relatively solid, built of trimmer joists.
