This property is situated in a tranquil village just 12 km away from the market town of Karnobat and 65 km from the beautiful sea city of Bourgas which has a big port and an international airport, as well as many places of interest.
The Karnobat municipality is located in the south-eastern part of the Republic of Bulgaria and it is included in the administrative territorial boundaries of Bourgas region (60 km west of Bourgas on the way to the capital of Sofia). The Rishki passage connects the municipality with North Bulgaria. A part of Karnobat-Aitos Balkan is located in the northern part of the territory. The amazingly scenic Hisar hills raise to the south of the town of Karnobat. The first information for Karnobat was written in 1153 and included in The Geography by Al Idrisi - an Arabian traveller and scientist. The historical sources show that since the 19th century up to present days the town has always been an administrative, economic and commercial centre with a traditional yearly fair.
There is magnificent landscape around the village where this property is located. It features a two-storey house of 100 sq. m living area and a huge yard of 2420 sq. m. It is buried in greenery and situated on an asphalt street in the centre of the village.
