This nice cozy house is located in a lovely Bulgarian village which is 15km away from the nice market town of Karnobat, some 65km away from the beautiful sea city of Burgas and 8km from the highway connecting the capital Sofia to Burgas. The village is set in a picturesque area at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountain, close to a forest and several dams, which makes it suitable both for fishing and hunting. It has a population of about 200 people who are occupied mainly with agriculture. There are two food shops, a post office and a regular bus service to the town of Karnobat.
An asphalt and rubble road leads to the house, located at the end of the village, to the west of its centre which is not far away as well. It is a fine looking one-storey property, fully renovated in the year of 2008. It offers a size of 72 sq. m, distributed into a nice covered verandah of 12 sq. m, a kitchen, bathroom and a toilet that need completion and two bedrooms with beautiful views.
