The property we offer features a nice two-storey house with a total of 120 sq. m living area (built-up area of 60 sq. m) and a yard of 525 sq. m, situated in a beautiful village at the foot of Strandzha Mountain and only a few kilometers from the lovely sea town of Tsarevo and close to the Turkish border. It is an old Greek house built in the year of 1960. The house is beautifully buried in greenery and after some renovation it can be turned into a wonderful family home. The village is extremely picturesque, with a river running nearby, and the property itself is located on a high place thus offering a beautiful panoramic view over the village and the mountain.
The town of Tsarevo, which is only 14 km away from the village, lies over two small peninsulas, bordering a beautiful creek. The resort is situated 70 km southeast of Bourgas and 17 km from Primosko. Remains of a Medieval fortress, built in square shape at the end of the Castro cape, have been discovered in the south peninsula. To the north of Tsarevo there are parts of amphoras and Roman ceramics, dating from 4th - 6th centuries AC.  Today a new port is established in Tsarevo, and the new port attracts prosperity to the entire region.
