The house is in a small and quiet village, situated only 17 km. away from the splendid city of Varna – the Bulgarian Black Sea capital. The village is in very beautiful region, near beach resorts and very close to a lake and a river, suitable for fishing. There are some shops and café bars in the village. Asphalt road is leading to the village and it’s approachable even in wintertime.
The two-storey house with 60 sq. m. built-up area, is red-brick built with stone groundwork and consists of:
