А house located in a calm village only at 3 km from the town of Elhovo. The village is near a magnificent mountain and the area is suitable for fishing and for hunting. It is only 96 km away from our beautiful Black sea. The nearest sea port and airport are in the town of Bourgas.
This property is situated in the end of the village and has a nice view to the closest houses and to the green fields behind them. It is a two-storey house with 50m2 built-up area.
The 1st floor consists of 2 rooms and a corridor. This floor requires of renovation, but with our team of builders could be done with no time. An external concrete staircase leads to a second floor which is in better condition than the first one.
The 2nd floor consists of 3 rooms and an entrance hall where is a sink fixed, so it is appropriate for a new kitchen. The walls are plastered; one of the rooms is with wooden floor and the rest with concrete one.
