This is a traditional rural house located in the peaceful and picturesque Bulgarian countryside. It is in a lovely village just 12 km away from the market town of Karnobat and 65 km from the beautiful sea city of Bourgas which has a big port and an international airport, as well as many places of interest.
The Karnobat municipality is located in the south-eastern part of the Republic of Bulgaria and it is included in the administrative territorial boundaries of Bourgas region (60 km west of Bourgas on the way to the capital of Sofia). The Rishki passage connects the municipality with North Bulgaria. A part of Karnobat-Aitos Balkan is located in the northern part of the territory. The amazingly scenic Hisar hills raise to the south of the town of Karnobat. The first information for Karnobat was written in 1153 and included in The Geography by Al Idrisi - an Arabian traveller and scientist. The historical sources show that since the 19th century up to present days the town has always been an administrative, economic and commercial centre with a traditional yearly fair.
The house itself has two floors and external stairs leading to the second one. Its living area is 65 sq. m and the size of the adjoining garden is 1000 sq. m. The property is located on a main asphalt street and is close to a school.
