This solid house is situated in a scenic and well developed mountainous village just 11 km away from the most popular ski resort of Pamporovo, which is the sunniest winter resort in Bulgaria. Here the winter is soft, because of the warm drafts, coming from the Mediterranean Sea, but there is still with lots of snow. Pamporovo is set in the south of the Rhodopes Mountain where, according to a legend, Orpheus, a mythical singer, had lived and it is esteemed as one of the best ski resorts on the Balkans, best preferred both by native and foreign tourists. The property is also just 15 km away from the regional centre town of Smolian where you can find all modern amenities and spend your time in an interesting way by visiting any of its ethnographic or history museums or the Planetarium which is the biggest in the Balkans.
