The village is situated in a beautiful region 15 km. from Shumen. Near the village only 1 km away is located the fortress Pliska. It has important historical meaning to Bulgaria- this is a world famous Bulgarian antique fortress.
The house is located at the end of the village and the street is asphalted and passable. There is a wonderful view to the forest. It is a 1-storey building with glassed entrance hall and garage for 2 cars. Inside there are 6 rooms, bathroom and a corridor. Three of the rooms are located in additional building in very good condition – white wash walls, wood work windows, with terra cotta.
