We are offering you a nice big house in very good condition only 5 km from one of the ancient Bulgarian capitals – Veliki Preslav. The town is very green and cozy with nice architectural reserve. It is only 21 km from the city of Shumen and 100km from the beautiful sea city of Varna – the sea capital of Bulgaria, where an airport and a port are. There is a dam at about 15km from the village and a river passing near it, so it is suitable for fishing.
