We are offering you a nice house only 5 km from one of the ancient Bulgarian capitals – Veliki Preslav. The town is very green and cozy with nice architectural reserve. It is only 26 km from the city of Shumen and 100km from the beautiful sea city of Varna – the sea capital of Bulgaria, where an airport and a port are. There is a dam at about 15km from the village and a river passing near it, so it is suitable for fishing.
The house is new, one-storey, in the end of the village and with a nice view of the mountains:
There is a room, an entrance hall and a toilet and a bathroom – with failеnce and terracotta. The walls of the premises are plastered with windows woodwork and wooden floor.
There is electricity and running water inside and outside the house, a septic tank, a phone-line is not available but it is very easy to get connected.
There is also a parking for 2 cars.
The garden is 850sq.m, very well arranged, cultivated with vegetables, fruit trees.
The house is new, but it is not plastered outside that’s why it doesn’t look so good.
