The village is located only 20 km. from the beach resort Sozopol and 8 km from the sea. The place is a fishing area and there is a river very close to the house. It is a very picturesque and peaceful area that gives a lot of opportunities for a perfect vacation either in the full of tourists wild and busy town of Sozopol or in tranquility going fishing, on the beach, or in the beautiful forest.

It is one-storey plastered building with kitchen, bedroom and living room, two toilets – one inside and one outside the house and a summer kitchen. It has also a ground floor and a large attic.
