This property features a building-land plot of 700sq.m ideal to self build a lovely house just 50m from the gorgeous beach of Byala. The property is connected to electric, water and sewerage mains.
The lovely small town of Byala is situated between two major airports Varna and Burgas in a fast developing area where many international companies are investing in different projects – hotels, yacht harbor, golf, residential developments with apartments, villas, restaurants, and cafes. With its beautiful beaches, Byala is the centre of a region famous for its traditions in grapes-growing and wine-making. Favoured with crystal blue sea, sandy beaches, and thriving wine industry, Byala is becoming a much sought after residential area.
Founded in the 3rd century, Byala has interesting history. The central beach is the most preferable one because it appeals to many tourists and has many restaurants, water-slides and other attractions. The yacht port is situated on the Southern beach and this is the only port in the vicinity. Many tourists who have visited Byala compare it to the French Riviera probably because it is located in a hilly area and opens wonderful views to the sea with unbelievable sunsets and sunrises.
