This very promising property is spread in the edge of a tranquil village set up only 14 km. away from the international sea resort of Albena. Its size and location are suitable for developing a holiday village. The property covers an area of 20 343 sq. m. and is still not classified. It is easily accessible during the winter in spite of the dirty road that leads to this place.               The resort itself is set approximately 32 km to the north of the city of Varna and just 20 km to the south-west of the town of Balchik on a long sand stretch, at the open northern part of Varna Bay. To the north, the coastline is steep, featuring yellow sandstone and limestone typical for the area. In fact, this kind of stone was used to build up the whole resort. Albena is an ecological resort.
