km away from Sunny Beach. It is the third biggest city in Bulgaria and has an
airport, a big sea port and many other amenities of the big town. The area is

It is a new apartment of 94.80 sq.m. It is situated on the second floor of a
four-storied building. The building is solid – reinforced concrete and bricks
construction. There is a cafe-restaurant and shops on the ground floor which
is a great convenience for the residents of the building and more over
increases letting potentials. The apartment is luxuriously furnished with
double glazing, latex painted walls, laminated parquet flooring, terra-cotta

an access to one of the balconies facing East. The other bedroom is with twin
bed, and the third one is single.
The bathroom and toilets are with terra-cotta floors and the walls are tiled
to the top. There is a mirror, a shower and an electric boiler available
inside.
There are two balconies available which are provided with iron railings. They
have been auto enamel painted.
