As a member of the golf-club the owner has the right to use the following services:
• use of the golf-courses on the territory of the complex for free
• free car park
• Free insurance for one year for his own estate for the first whole year from the date of signing of the notary deed for the real estate, described in the preamble for all the events from an insurance chosen by the manager.
