Sunny Beach, which is only 7 min away, is the most famous Bulgarian Black sea resort with more than 200 hotels, restaurants, bars, casinos and lots of entertainment opportunities. The beaches are with fine sands and clear waters.
Burgas (25 min away) is the fourth biggest town in Bulgaria, with population of more than 200 000 people. It is famous for its opera and theatre and at the same time with its airport (17 min away from the houses) and huge port. With its diversity of shops and restaurants it is one of the nicest places to visit for the weekend.
In the closest town Kableshkovo (4 min away) the building of a golf playground has already started. It is expected to be finished in 2009 or 2010 at the latest.
These two semi-detached houses, which will be completed in May 2008 according to schedule, are designed in English style, with obvious care to every detail.
