We are proud to announce that our fame and honour Bulgarian Real Estate Partners’ Club has been opened for our most special clients and we invite all our clients who have bought properties worth over 20,000 euros to benefit from the preferences we grant all Club Members.
Our SILVER CARD is granted to clients whose acquired property is worth between 20,000 and 30,000 euros and they will be entitled to a 25% reduction of our commission. Silver Card holders will earn the same discount on successfully closed transactions with clients they have brought to us.

GOLD CARD holders can be all our clients who have purchased from our company one or more properties amounting to over 50,000 euros. They will earn 50% from our commission on all purchases made either by them or by people they have brought to our company, regardless of the amount of the purchase price.

When any of our clients have purchased from us properties worth over 80,000 euros, they can hold a PLATINUM CARD allowing them to earn 75% from our commission on all purchases made either by them or by people brought by them to our company, regardless of the amount of the purchase price.
