When the building contracts have been signed and the construction and erection works have begun, now it is the time for our Accounting department to start controlling labour and materials cost for each of the approved projects. A special team of 3 civil engineers are employed to supervise the quality and quantity of performance and of building materials, and they work closely with the architect and the site engineers to ensure that their orders and instructions are strictly followed. All documents are filed and accounted for, and then reported to the investor.
For investors who are not able to personally monitor the progress of the construction or who are out of the country, we will assign a special correspondent to report to the investor about current developments, so that investors building works can be finished in time.
