Tervel municipality receives an investment loan. Tervel municipality will use the larger part of the loan for the improvement of the district: for construction and repair of streets, pavements, construction of a ramp for people with disabilities, children playgrounds, for construction of a network of street lamps and other. The rest of the loan will be used for the repair of the main street in the town. There is also a project for a new integrated approach to local business which aims at modernizing local firms. The environment in the municipality is quite preserved.There are very good soil and climatic conditions for the development of grain-producing. There are free buildings and plots. The labour force is qualified and various. The technical infrastructure is well-developed. There are opportunities for developing hunting and rural tourism as well as development of the ecologic agriculture. In that order the municipality is going to build and stabilize the agricultural roads. A forthcoming project is physical recovery and improvement of the area of the town- rehabilitation of the green lands and places for relaxation, rehabilitation of the asphalt covering of the city park alleys and others.
