It is going to be built a skating rink in Albena, reported the director of the complex Ivan Kalinkov. The idea was discussed with our world champions in skating - Albena Denkova and Maxim Staviski.The sportsmen are going to give their opinion on choosing a construction company and installing the skating-rink.It will attract visitors during the winter too.There is an idea that the skating-rink should be built on the beach, so that it may work during the summer months.In that case a special cooler is going to be installed, which is going to keep the temperature low even when it is extremely hot.Some prospects of Russian and Austrian producers of skating-rinks are already taken into consideration. Except this project, there are a lot of people who invest in Bulgarian properties in Albena. An investment is made in building a holiday village in Axakovo district (close to Albena) that costs 35 million euro.There are going to be built roads and а water-purifying station, provided own canalisation and an electricаl network .There is going to be built a golf school, one of the few in Bulgaria. The international interest for Bulgarian properties in this area leads to increase of the standard of life and an all-round development of Albena’s district.This is a stepping stone to unavoidable rise of the prices for Bulgarian properties.
